TB3
TB3 is the division of Taylor Bennett which focuses on its third sector and public sector assignments. It is led by Annabel Prideaux, who brings with her over 20 years of experience in executive search in the communications industry. TB3 operates with the same Taylor Bennett values of integrity, objectivity and excellence. Partnership is at the heart of its approach and every assignment is undertaken with a robust appreciation of needs, concerns and motivations of the client.
Mindful of the limited budgets of many organisations in this space, we structure our teams differently to ensure we can offer a competitive fee structure without compromising our meticulous approach to searches. A Taylor Bennett Researcher is appointed to support Annabel on each assignment. This team, with further support as necessary, manages the search and any advertising process the client chooses to run. Clients continue to benefit from the combined knowledge of the whole firm, and this results in shortlists comprised of diverse candidates from the widest range of backgrounds.
Recent completed assignments include:
- Malaria No More UK: Director of Communications and Partnerships
- Mencap: Executive Director of Communications
- London’s Air Ambulance Service: Director of Communications and Marketing
- Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation: Senior Communications Officer, UK and Nordics
