We only recommend a candidate to a client who has passed rigorous interviews with our own experienced consultants. In addition to CVs, we supply clients with a comprehensive assessment of each candidate’s skills, experience, motivation, areas for development and suitability. We take the same approach to internal candidates proposed by the client.
