Matthew is the Managing Partner of Taylor Bennett and leads international searches for senior appointments in corporate affairs, communications, government relations and sustainability. He is also a trustee of The Taylor Bennett Foundation which delivers award-winning programmes to help ethnic minority graduates set out on a career in communications. Before joining the company in 2002, he worked as a journalist.

Matthew is a graduate of the London Business School’s Emerging Leaders Programme and has a degree in Latin American studies and Spanish from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
