From the initial briefing to the provision of a shortlist generally takes between four and six weeks.  This enables in-depth mapping, sourcing, calling and interviewing to deliver a shortlist of the best candidates for the role.

There are circumstances, however, when we are able to put together a shortlist more quickly.  Because we have on-going relationships with our candidates we often are able to identify immediately the most qualified person for the role.  However, we always conduct research to ensure no stone is left unturned and new candidates may continue to be put forward as the process unfolds.

We are flexible in how we work with clients.  Some prefer not to see candidate details until our entire research and interviewing process is complete, while others want a steady supply of information as suitable candidates are identified.
