Secondly, we ensure our accuracy of candidate identification through extensive research, and by in-depth briefing and debriefing during the interview process with both the client and the candidate. All candidates will have undertaken rigorous face-to-face interviews with Taylor Bennett before being recommended to a client. Clients are provided with a detailed profile on each suitable candidate that provides both a CV and a comprehensive assessment of the candidate’s skills, experience and suitability for the role.
Taylor Bennett is also able to provide advice on issues such as the balance of responsibilities, reporting lines, titles and compensation. Unless specified otherwise, Taylor Bennett undertakes negotiation of an offer to a candidate.
