Secondly, we ensure our accuracy of candidate identification through extensive research and knowledge sharing, and by in-depth briefing and debriefing during the interview process with both the client and the candidate. Both of these steps require engaging in open dialogue, demonstrating respect for all parties, delivering on our promises and by adding value at all levels.
All candidates will have undertaken rigorous face-to-face interviews with Taylor Bennett before being recommended to a client. Clients are provided with a detailed profile on each suitable candidate, that provides both a CV and a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's skills, experience and suitability for the role. Where clients have internal candidates to be considered for a vacancy, consultants will include them in the search process to provide a thorough and objective view of their suitability.
The timeline for our services is flexible; from the initial briefing to the provision of the shortlist of candidates generally takes between four to six weeks. Clients can choose to be presented with a steady supply of information as suitable candidates are identified, or given the shortlist once our initial research and interviewing process is complete.
