Taylor Bennett’s intelligent, focused research methods ensure timely shortlisting of the best possible candidates. We evaluate every brief in the light of the client’s business structure and issues and use extensive consultation to ensure the best candidates are targeted and selected to create the strongest possible short list.

Before we recommend a candidate to a client they will have passed rigorous interviews with our own experienced consultants. In addition to CVs, we supply clients with a comprehensive assessment of each candidate’s skills, experience and suitability. We take the same approach to internal candidates proposed by the client for consideration against the role.

From initial briefing to receiving the candidate shortlist generally takes around six weeks.
