Our people are trained to listen attentively to establish a full understanding of candidates’ professional skills, key motivations, career objectives and long-term goals.

We give prompt, honest feedback to keep candidates informed of progress. Those not shortlisted for one role are kept in mind for other opportunities suitable to their level of experience and qualification. We pursue a long-term relationship with candidates, often offering counsel at key points in their career over the years.

Taylor Bennett cannot approach individuals who work for our clients. Those who choose to approach us, however, are given advice in strict confidence.
